The role: Senior Account Executive, Website and Media Sales – Los Angeles

As a Broadwave Studios Senior Account Executive, you'll work with small to large size companies in your assigned territory. Any market sector - there is no limit. This will require you to serve as their Internet Specialist within Broadwave while collaborating with other Broadwave teams to provide them with a comprehensive list of solutions for their media needs. This is a high energy, face to face client sales role requiring deep industry expertise, proven sales ability with a prior track record for closing deals, and a broad base of any market sector contacts. You are an entrepreneur looking to be part of the next best thing. You qualify buyers, understand and anticipate how corporate decisions are made, and you'll persistently probe and uncover the online business needs of your clients.

Responsibilities:

Work with our design and programming team to see through each clients' vision.
Develop C-level relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with to optimize their online business to full potential.
Generate business plans to define your selling strategies and initiatives.
Manage multiple cross-product/service opportunities and projects of new and current clients.
Generate new business within your network of already established relationships.

Requirements:

BA/B-COMM degree required or equivalent proven work experience.
Previous Sales Training a MUST. Spin Selling preferred.
4+ years of experience in sales, marketing or advertising sales, consulting or media in a specific industry.
Strong knowledge of and established relationships within any market sector.
Strong knowledge of traditional as well as contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy.
A deep understanding of the industry's current issues, a vision for its growth and a commitment to advance Broadwave Studios proactive software and systems within the marketplace.

This is an outside sales position with a huge upside. Generous Profit Sharing and Bonus Structure for the right candidate.
