Online Website Project Manager - (Los Angeles – CA)

Our team members identify potential solutions to current client online business challenges and deliver a world class solution allowing them to rank high on search engines while gaining a professional online presence. From concept to completion each client solution is unique and developed into our software called iWAVE.
iWAVE is a revolutionary website builder allowing any size company to build market and manage website content, email marketing campaigns, image galleries or anything the client can think of. We build custom website and database solutions tailored to each client resulting in online success with measurable results. Our software is cutting edge and uses only the latest state of the art technology available today. We are looking for an Online Account Manager to join our Los Angeles team. You would be interfacing with our Calgary team, while providing leadership on online work within our Los Angeles office and face to face meetings with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Solid understanding of website and internet marketing. Working closely with clients to present “outside of the box” website experience and usability. Great communication skills and thrive on working with State of the Art design and development teams Relevant post secondary education in marketing or communications is a plus Ensure timely correspondence with clients to ensure projects are being created on time. Create Sitemaps, plan and execute strategy for new concepts Working closely with design and development teams to coordinate project timelines and programming for client projects Innovative thinking to improve client’s online business with an overall simplicity that improves ROI, usability, content layout, and tools to showcase any client products or services Deliver the delicate balance of product or services and favorable user experience Manage timelines, budgets, client data, and website layout from concept to completion. Test new implementations and interfaces within our content management system. Train new clients on our easy to use iWAVE content management system before the website is launched. Write functional specifications, wire frames, task flows, and schematics, crafting detailed guidelines for technical development, interface design, testing, and maintenance of entire web experience. Collaborate with our software engineers to ensure technical functionality and new modules created are simple to use in our backend and provide value to the client Must be well versed and have a solid understanding of database applications. Strong understanding of Marketing, Branding and Search Engine Optimization. Effectively communicating deliverables and timelines to both clients and internal teams Proactively managing project scope and client budgets for maximum results Working great under pressure, understanding clients needs, listening to the clients’ vision and having the ability to communicate the details to the design and development teams to achieve the clients end result.
Requirements:
Previous Website Project Management experience a MUST. Previous successful staff management experience preferred 5+ years of hand-on user interface architecture – website design and development – and information architect experience required. At least 5 years of experience designing functionality for medium or large company websites. Heavy emphasis on information design and usability. Strong E-commerce experience required. Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and HTML editing tools also required. Expertise defining site architecture – representing through Site Maps and Information flow charting with the client. Strong knowledge of and established relationships within any market sector. Strong knowledge of traditional as well as contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy. Passion for details, organization and simple interface design skills. Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills A deep understanding of the industry's current issues, a vision for its growth and a commitment to advance Broadwave Studios proactive software and systems within the marketplace.
